Shipping + Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, followed by standard shipping of 3–4 business days. For expedited delivery, express orders are processed within 1 business day and arrive within 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is dependent upon what products you purchase and the weight of those products. The heavier weight of an item and the packing materials needed to package the item will result in a higher shipping fee. Furniture is calculated separately.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will get a tracking number sent to your email when your label is created.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will make it right. We will first communicate with the shipping company and then make sure you are reimbursed or receive the items you ordered.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In-store Purchases: Refunds are accepted within 14 days with a valid receipt. 15-30 days after the purchase was made, we can offer store credit.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale Items and Special Orders: All sale items and special orders are non-refundable.
Online Purchases: Refunds are accepted within 14 days upon receipt. 15-30 days upon receipt, we can offer store credit. Shipping is not included in the refund. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit, Debit, and Shop pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can modify an order after it is completed. Just fill out a request or email us at hello@sflynnhome.com, and we will get your order changed. Try to complete this within 24 hours of placing your order so we can help before it is shipped out.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalization options?
You can request gift wrapping, although we do have very aesthetic packaging. This is something that will be offered around the holidays.
Will I receive an order confirmation after I purchase?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation in your email once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer discount codes, loyalty rewards, or a referral program?
We have various sales happening throughout the year. You can find out about those sales on our email list, Instagram, and website home page.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers or boutiques?
Yes, we are open to wholesale pricing and collaborations. We don't have specific pricing yet because we offer a wide range of products. Please reach out to hello@sflynnhome.com if you are interested in purchasing, and we can create custom pricing depending on the product.
