Trade Account:

Designers purchase directly from S.Flynn Home and manage their own client communication, invoicing, and project coordination. Trade accounts enjoy a compensation, along with full access to our curated collections.

Referral Account:

Prefer a hands-off approach? Simply refer your clients to S. Flynn Home, and our team will handle all communication, invoicing, and delivery coordination. You’ll still earn compensation while we manage the details. Both accounts include both in-store and online purchases of furniture and home decor products.

Warehousing

Free warehousing for up to 6 months! Securely store your furniture with us before your project is completed.

Sharing Verification Documents

  • Valid business license verifying your interior design or professional business
  • Letter from IRS with Employee Identification Number (EIN)
  • Seller’s Permit or Resale Certificate
  • Valid proof of membership in a national industry organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
  • Valid interior design accreditation/
    certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
How to Apply for Tax Exemption

S. Flynn Home is required to collect sales and/or use taxes on your purchase unless provided with current, valid exemption certificates for the state where your company's purchases are shipped.

Please note, we are unable to retroactively refund any tax rates on order placed prior to the approval of your valid exemption certificate.
