Return Policy

All custom made, special order, and open box furniture is non-refundable.
All online furniture purchases are special order.

Shipping Policy

I understand this product is ready to ship in 6-8 weeks. If selecting additional shipping options, product may take longer to deliver.
Local and custom made pieces are on a 10-12 week lead time. Our local Amish manufactures hand make pieces one at a time as they are ordered.
S.Flynn Home does NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, New York City, and any location outside of the United States of America. S.Flynn
Home can accommodate shipping to a receiving warehouse if you live outside of a location we ship to. Please reach out to hello@sflynnhome.com for available options.

The local pick-up option is at S.Flynn Home’s warehouse located in Walnut Creek, Ohio.

Warranty

I understand this is a natural and man-made piece. The color may vary from piece to piece and from online images.

Any damage upon arrival to S.Flynn Home's Warehouse is S.Flynn Home's responsibility using the following steps.
Resolution Steps:
If piece can be repaired, it will make those.
If piece is beyond repair, but still in stock, it will exchange it.
If piece is beyond repair and out of stock, it will offer a refund.

Please be advised that the products are not designed for hospitality use. If the product is placed in high use commercial settings, the warranty becomes null & void.

S.Flynn Home does not warranty the leather or upholstery on furniture pieces.

Damages

S.Flynn Home does not publish a warranty, each damage or defective claim is reviewed on a case by case basis. Any damages incurred by freight, need to be reported within 1 business day.

NOTICE - Customer agrees to reach out to hello@sflynnhome.com within 24 hours of delivery if the piece does not arrive in satisfactory condition. Following this 24 hour window S.Flynn Home is not responsible for any damages done to the piece.
